立法會延任「不少於一年」 Legco Extended by "Not Less Than A Year"

一年就一年，硬要指明「不少於一年」。原來今天已預知明年的疫情狀況。「疫情」的真正功能，昭然若揭。

Extension by one year is extension by one year, simple as that.  Why "not less than a year"?  Apparently, the CCP is well aware of how its Wuhan virus would have developed into next year.  What can be more obvious than telling the role of this pandemic?
