2014-2019

Last Year Crawling Its Way Back
This video showing up on the my Facebook newsfeed sends me all the way back to last year. The mental state I was in and the physiological response suddenly make their way back in less than a second.

Fighters Who Bear No Names
For all those arrested, especially those not highly profiled by the media, they are facing not only pressure from the legal proceedings but also headaches from different sources. Some are the breadwinners of their families, some are fired because of the charges, some are under tremendous stress living around the spikes of their family members holding opposing politicial views...

KingKing Pak: //The air in North America is so fresh. I've gotta get used to speaking in English, but at least there are no (freedom-fighting) thugs here and no one here calls me a fucking dog. Do you honestly believe that we are banned from moving to another country? Don't be so naive, idiot! There is something on earth called "exchange of equal values".//

Rubbing Salt in the Wound

「罷工」的英文是「to go on a strike」或「to call a strike」,沒有人會說「to do a strike」或「to stop work」。
It is of course depressing to see a shopping mall banning its merchant store from erecting political decorations, but their self-censorship doesn't come entirely unreasonable.
What's more agonising is to see how a business chain store can blatantly build its own profits on others' trauma and how people can gleefully treat the spot as a tourist site where they can take a good picture for God-knows-what reasons.
How can someone possibly do that?
Yes, totems have been a necessity in many civilisations since ancient times. It is not easy, and not necessary, to absolutely do away with it. But does it really not hurt at all when you put the grief of the totem and the children's pure happiness together?
If there is anything I know in life, it is called "matching". You need to match the colours and the styles of different pieces of clothing you put on. You need to learn the collocations of different words and their usuage when you learn a new language. You need to match the tastes of the ingredients to make a good dish. You can have well designed sportswear made with perfect materials; you can also have a pair of shining Swaroski earrings and a delicately manufactured LV bag. But if you put on all these together, it becomes gross. You say "to go on a strike" or "to call a strike", but you do not say "to do a strike" or "to stop work" because it makes you sound like an idiot. You can steam a fish with shallots but you do not steam an orange with shallots even if you are a fan of both the orange and the shallot.
I don't mind businessmen being selfish and self-protective, but I do mind people who are allegedly fighting with me being self-complacent and ignorant.
There is nothing but agony here.

Looking Back on 6.12
![]() |

| Telegram |
"6.9" (9 June 2019) is going to go down in the history of Hong Kong, with its significant number of one million citizens taking to the streets, unfolding a series of events in its wake. But "6.12" (12 June 2019) is a date a lot more significant when it comes to our growth in this battle for freedom.
Despite its symbolic number, the "6.9" procession was no different from any other demonstrations over the past two decades, in a sense that it was still led by a pan-dem authority with participants still placed under its shackle. The focus of the public was still on the number of participants and how the event would look on the news. Most participants still honoured peacefulness and showed little mercy on or support to the small number of protesters who were brave enough to break away from the conventional peaceful manner. The failure of such a ritual was blatantly highlighted by the government's announcement right that evening that it would carry on with its second reading as scheduled on Wednesday 12 June.
"6.12" (12 June 2019) was the first time we broke away from the old shackles and replaced the conventional useless means with the BE WATER strategy. We followed no leadership, we stayed at no fixed spot, we went physical with the armed officers—we owned the matter in our hands. And we dispersed once we reached our goal (i.e. getting the LegCo paralysed and the extradition bill stalled).
"6.12" was also the date that unfolded the subsequent Battle of Constitution Protection, which managed to expose CCP's latent evil intent on HK under the international limelight and also managed to earn Hong Kong a spot on the China-U.S. trade deal table.
A year gone, we have yet won this battle, not even close. But we have to hold on with gritted teeth. Victory is far, but not that remote.

These people see no limits in morality. Nothing concerns them more than their own elegance and how good they look to others—which is why we saw them use the elderly as the human shield against the Hong Kong Berkut in 2019 (and as the first defence in their sentimental arguments in early 2020) and now we see them fan the flames of encouragement in getting the underage to fight—at the risk of dying—while they themselves can enjoy the orgasm from paying lip service.
We have seen the Children's Crusade of 1212, and it didn't go down well in history—it has yielded more criticisms than praises. One only needs to look at history to tell the answer.

Wiping Out a Race
In the name of the PolyU battle, the pan-dems wiped out a large number of youths in November 2019. Now even kids cannot be spared. The pan-dems conveniently take the advantage of the Mother's Day on 10 May 2020 and send kids to the battlefield.
Terrorists around the world would at least supply firearms to their child soliders; our pan-dems only provide a schedule for our kids. Egging the underaged on while knowing all very well that the Hong Kong Berkut is bloodthirsty particularly on the younger ones—is this a human version of pet abandonment the grown-ups are so used to or is this a sacrificial rite of a cult? Either way, such an act is only going to bury the future of the entire race.

The battle was lost three months ago when our society decided to enjoy the feel-good gatorade from wearing masks indiscriminately. Losing a battle only leads to one consequence: humiliation.

At least 4000 PAP Officers in HK
On the table: PAP officers were deployed to Hong Kong to "observe" protests.
Under the table: You name it...
//Hong Kong police took PAP officers to monitor the protesters and their tactics as part of a wider effort by the paramilitary force to deepen its understanding of the Hong Kong situation.//
//China's government had ramped up the paramilitary People's Armed Police (PAP) presence in Hong Kong to as many as 4,000 personnel - far more than previously known estimates.//
//警方曾帶武警監視抗爭者及其戰術,以加深對香港局勢的了解//
//中共增派到港的武警人數高達4,000人,遠超先前估算//

Oath Taking of HKPF
This is the Special Tactical Squad (a.k.a. the Raptor Squad) at the Police Headquarters before they headed out for a massive ambush on the New Year Day 2020.
Anyone taking the first glimpse would certainly say these are terrorists from maybe Iraq, but no, they are the law enforcers in Hong Kong.
