The question we should all be asking is:
Why pick out the "group gathering" factor and turn it into legislation?
It is so depressing to see everyone keep asking why four persons and not five or six, why not taking care of the citizens, etc, or worse, saying that we are still allowed to visit our relatives and so still better than some western countries.
So here it is for our trial period of authoritarian rule:
