翻查《香港特別行政區政府對公共衞生有重要性的新型傳染病預備及應變計劃》，原來「緊急應變級別」包含「食環署會就六個火葬場全日24小時運作做好準備」。
According to "Preparedness and Response Plan for Novel Infectious Disease of Public Health Significance (2020)" from Centre of Health Protection, Department of Health, the Emergency Response Level entails this measure: "FEHD will prepare for the 24-hour operation of the six crematoria."
